Return
We do not accept returns because we sell custom products, and this policy is protected by law. Each license plate is uniquely made to your specifications, ensuring a personalized and high-quality product. Due to the custom nature of these items, we are unable to offer returns or exchanges. Caution: The custom-made or personalized goods often fall under the bespoke exemption, meaning the usual right to cancel or return the product within a cooling-off period (typically 14 days) does not apply. This is because these products are made to the specific requirements of the customer and cannot be resold. We recommend double-checking your order details before finalizing your purchase to ensure everything is correct.
Refund
We only offer refunds if the customer receives the wrong item. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund too.
